Docket Den LLC ("Docket Den," "we," "our," or "us") provides software tools that help organizations manage board work, meetings, packets, documents, events, sponsorships, rentals, committees, and records.

Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Name

- Organization name
- Role or title
- Account login information
- Billing or payment-related information
- Messages, support requests, or demo requests
- Files, documents, links, notes, records, and other content added to Docket Den
- Event, sponsorship, rental, committee, meeting, board packet, and document information added by users
We may also collect basic technical information, such as:

- Usage activity inside the product

How We Use Information

- Provide and improve Docket Den
- Create and manage user accounts
- Support organization workspaces
- Help users access board packets, documents, events, sponsorships, rentals, committees, and records

- Schedule demos and communicate with prospects or customers

- Analyze product usage and improve features

Organization Data
Docket Den is designed around organization workspaces.
Information added by an organization may include board packets, minutes, documents, events, sponsorships, rentals, committee updates, notes, links, and other records.
Users should only upload or enter information they are authorized to share with their organization.
Cloud Folder Links
Docket Den may allow organizations to save links to folders in services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or other external services.
Docket Den stores the folder link. Docket Den does not control access to the files inside those external services.
Access to files inside Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or another linked service is controlled by that service and by the permissions set by the organization.
SmartDen
Docket Den may include SmartDen, a feature that helps users search, summarize, or find information from their organization's records.
SmartDen is intended to help users save time and find information more easily.
Users should verify important information before taking official action, making decisions, or relying on a summary.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate Docket Den, such as hosting, database, payment, analytics, email, support, or security providers.
We may also share information if required to:
- Comply with law
- Respond to legal requests
- Protect the rights, safety, or property of Docket Den, our users, or others
- Complete a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets
Payments
If payments are enabled, payment information may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
Docket Den does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on its own servers.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, or misuse will never occur.
Data Retention

User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Keeping login credentials secure
- Only uploading information they are authorized to share
- Managing access permissions within their organization
- Reviewing external folder permissions in Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or other linked services
- Verifying important information before official use
Children's Privacy
Docket Den is intended for organizations and business use. It is not intended for children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the effective date, posting a notice, or contacting users where appropriate.
